What is AGM?
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an opportunity for Canadian medical students to get together and discuss important issues pertaining to medical education, advocacy, global health, wellness, and more.

Registration Information
- ALL attendees of the CFMS Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026 must complete this registration form.
- $25 OFF using code TEF2026 for first 50 registrations before August 14th
- Sponsors receive separate registration links, please don't use the ones above
- Deadlines:
- All Travel Equity Fund (TEF) and CFMS-funded delegates: August 14th at 11:59pm EST
- All other attendees: September 18th at 11:59pm EST - Limited number of tickets may sell out, so we encourage registering well before the deadline!
- Registration Fee:
- Registration fee is $185.00 per delegate. This fee includes AGM attendance, meals mentioned on the agenda, and social events mentioned on the agenda.
- The fee does not include hotel accommodations. Students must arrange for their own hotels (excluding CFMS-funded delegates).
- PLEASE NOTE: Accommodation and meals are charged to the CFMS based on registration numbers collected by the deadline, and thus cancellation or refund is not possible.
- Please contact administrative@cfms.org with any questions.
- Placeholder Tickets (if your school is planning to fund a delegate who has not yet been elected for their position):
- You must still register and pay for a "placeholder" spot by the deadline, as spaces are limited and no accommodations will be made for registering after the deadline has passed
- First name: Placeholder, Last name: School + Position
- Please send an email to administrative@cfms.org to confirm their personal details (name, etc.) as soon as possible once elected. You can also edit the ticket through Eventbrite before the registration deadline
- CFMS - MD Financial Management Travel Equity Fund (TEF):
- Students may opt-in to be eligible for the TEF, given you are (partially) self-funded, book your flights at least 6 weeks in advance (by August 14th) and submit your reimbursement request within 14 days after AGM ends
- TEF is only applicable for flights/transportation to and from the event city only & does not include accommodation, meals, ubers/taxis, etc
